The DNA Clinics concept was founded in 2005 by Nichola McChrystal, with the aim of offering convenient, face-to-face sample collection for DNA testing. This vision made us the first company to provide such services, setting a new standard in the industry.
Today, as part of Crystal Health Group, DNA Clinics continues to thrive. From our humble beginnings with 23 locations, we have expanded to over 100 sites across the UK. This growth is a testament to our strong reputation and years of experience in the field.
Our success has led to exclusive partnerships, including a special paternity test deal with Boots, and we’re proud to provide legal DNA testing services to law firms and social services nationwide.

Our aims
Support
For every appointment-based DNA test, you will be assigned a dedicated Case Manager who will support you throughout the entire process. Your Case Manager will help you choose the right DNA test, guide you through each step, and offer assistance after the test is complete.
In addition, we offer counselling services at select DNA Clinic locations across the UK to provide extra support when needed. (*Counselling services are provided directly by clinics and may incur additional fees.)
